Scarves are such versatile accessories that can turn a simple outfit into something chic and sophisticated. They remind me of glamorous 1950’s screen actresses, being chauffeured around in open top cars with their hair stylishly swept up in a silk scarf.
I was recently approached by Eleanor J Shore to try out some of her gorgeous 100% silk scarves. Eleanor designs her own prints and her range of scarves are the perfect platform to showcase her beautiful geometric designs.
I like to wear scarves over simple tops and jumpers and find they add elegance to t-shirt and jeans on days when I can’t be bothered to wear anything too ‘fashionable’. Here I’ve put together a few looks using Eleanor’s scarves to prove that they don’t have to be limited to outer wear – although they do look great over a leather jacket or trench coat! Head on over to Eleanor’s website and take a look at the full collection. Available in both standard and mini sizes, Eleanor’s scarves are so versatile and can be worn in your hair, around your neck or tied around a handbag.
love this idea, and amazing hair 🙂 Mel
